Assistant Manager-Transaction advisory Full Time

Experience: 5-9 years

Reporting to: Senior Manager / HOD

About The Role

Role requires professionals with hands-on experience in transaction execution, due

diligence, and valuations. You will independently manage engagements, lead

associates, and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory

mandates.

Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, projections, and valuation

models.

Support clients in transaction negotiations and deal documentation.

Advise clients on deal structuring, capital raising, PE/VC investments, and IPO

readiness.

Manage client relationships with promoters, investors, and corporates, acting as

a trusted advisor.

Lead a team of Senior Associates and Associates, ensuring accuracy and quality

of deliverables.

Prepare reports, investor presentations, and pitch decks for clients.

Participate in business development, including client pitches and knowledge-

building initiatives.

Candidate Profile

5-9 years of professional experience in transactions advisory, due diligence, or

corporate finance.

Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (Mandatory).

MBA (Finance) / CFA (added advantage)

Proficiency in valuation methods, deal structuring, business modelling, and

financial statement analysis.

• Exposure to PE/VC transactions, IPO-linked diligence, REIT/InvIT, SME

M&A is preferred

Ability to independently manage projects and client interactions.

Hands-on MS power point, word and excel skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
