Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Brand & Activations Manager. The individual would be responsible for ideating & executing Sun Pharma’s corporate brand interventions. He/she will report directly to the DGM Corporate Marketing, India Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns ~ ATL, Digital & BTL
• Ideate & execute brand interventions/campaigns/ long term properties/ large scale brand activations related to Sun Pharma corporate brand
• Coordinate with multiple agencies for creative development & media management
• End to end management of activations for corporate marketing including IPL led activations
• Liaise with Digital marketing team member to activate & implement digital plans for corporate brand
• Liaise with CMI team to assess corporate brand’s equity across touch points & stakeholders
• Bring in industry best practices for brand and activation to become the COE for the organization
• Develop new brand properties that help strengthen Sun Pharma’s corporate brand imagery
• Identify opportunities for corporate branding within existing activations aimed at doctors & trade
• Ensure compliance of corporate brand guidelines in all marketing & packaging material
• Competition scan as well as scan of other corporate brands
• Manage the always on strategy in conjunction with an agency

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification: MBA (from a Premier B-School is a plus)

Skills

• Working knowledge of consumer communication development, Activation is a must
• Digital marketing & social media marketing prowess will be a plus
• Execution excellence & coordination skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and motivated

Experience

• Years of Experience: 5-6 Years
• FMCG/BFSI/E-comm/Auto – Marketing Manager or Corporate Brand Manager
• Experience of collaborating with external creative & media agencies
