Technical Project Manager Full Time

You will work on:

We are looking for self driven Technical Project Manager to be a key member of our Product Engineering Practice and help our customers to solve their engineering problems that includes the use of AI. The ideal candidate is passionate about efficiently managing cutting edge solutions to support the changing business needs and technology landscape.

Requirements

• Lead multiple complex cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. Manage end-to-end project schedules for customer engagements across Applied AI and core engineering teams spanning multiple geographies and time zones
• Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary. Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective.
• Maintain real-time project status visibility Confluence boards, Jira tracking, weekly status reports — so leadership, engineering, and the Delivery Manager always have a single source of truth
  Run internal project review cadences: bi-weekly planning reviews, customer submissions reviews, and dev question sessions across all active engagements
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers before they become surprises — escalate to the Manager/client with proposed mitigations, not after deadlines slip
• Own cross-site coordination across multiple sites — bridging time zones, aligning handoffs, and ensuring nothing falls between teams
• Drive daily and weekly status updates across all active projects. Hold regular technical team meetings to proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing challenging priorities. Get results proactively
  Prepare and deliver weekly internal status reports — consolidating project health, risk register, and upcoming milestones across all projects
• Track and maintain delivery governance artifacts: project plans, feedback/release trackers, QA checklists, go-live readiness assessments
• Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across engineering teams — flag overload risks and propose reallocation before quality suffers
• Ensure Jira hygiene: correct assignees, updated due dates, closed tickets, and clean backlogs — so automated reporting and AI tools produce accurate outputs
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
  Drive recruitment and capacity building activities for project or portfolio level requirements

  What you bring:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in Project/ Portfolio management activities, including end-to-end deliveries including AI.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field with at least 3-4 years managing cross-functional, cross-site engineering teams
  Strong command of project management tooling: Jira, Confluence, Rocketlane (or similar), and spreadsheet-based reporting. You’re the person who keeps these tools clean and current
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing talents
  Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Technical fluency — you can read architecture docs, understand data pipeline concepts, and have productive conversations with engineers about scope, effort, and trade-offs. You don’t need to code, but you need to understand the work.
• Excellent written communication — your status updates are crisp, your escalations are clear, and your meeting notes are actionable. You don’t write paragraphs; you write bullet points with owners and dates
  Anticipatory mindset — you see risks coming before they materialize. You flag a Milestone delivery risk beforehand and not when it’s due.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting delivery, or systems integration. Heavy industry experience (manufacturing, supply chain, energy) is a strong plus.
