Jr. Accounts Executive Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
• Prepare and update ledgers and journals
• Assist in GST filing and tax documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Manage invoices, bills, and expense records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain proper documentation and filing

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with GST and TDS (preferred)
• Knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Excel, or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skills Required

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping
• MS Excel knowledge
• Analytical thinking
• Time management
• Good communication skills

Education

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or related field

Experience

• Minimum 1–6 years of experience

Pay: ₹25,862.91 – ₹28,073.59 per month
