UKG Consultant Full Time

Job Responsibilities: –

• Experience and working as UKG Dimensions Consultant, Release 10 and above.
• Extensive knowledge on Kronos Workforce Central configuration, employee support, system configuration and maintenance.
• Performing roles like Configurations, analysis, validations, integrations.in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to UKG Dimensions Applications.
• Working knowledge of Dell Boomi Interface
• Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap analysis etc.
• Extensive experience on various Dimensions Module like User Navigation, Workforce management, Data Analytics, Compliance and Security timekeeper, forecasting and attendance.
• Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance, Scheduling, Analytics.

Qualifications

• UKG Dimensions with minimum experience of 4 years
• Dell Boomi Interface knowledge with 2 years
• Functional testing or automated testing in UKG Dimensions with minimum experience of 4 years
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Role & Responsibilities

User Support:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients’ inquiries, issues, and requests related to the UKG Dimensions system.
• Respond promptly to user queries via email, phone, or ticketing system.

System Enhancement

• Work closely with the UKG Dimensions development team to identify system improvements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and requirements for system enhancements.
• Participate in the development and testing of system upgrades and new features.

Training And Documentation

• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of the UKG Dimensions system.

Data Analysis And Reporting

• Analyze system data to identify trends and issues that require attention.

Continuous Support And Maintenance

• Proactively monitor system performance and address potential issues before they impact users.
• Maintain system configurations and user profiles as required.

Client Communication

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Regularly update clients on system improvements, scheduled maintenance, and important announcements.
