Job Description

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and numbers-focused person with strong Excel skills to manage and maintain our inventory data accurately on a daily basis.

The role involves handling inventory for 500+ phone models across Anti-Yellow Case, MagSafe, and non-MagSafe variants. The person must ensure that stock counts remain accurate at all times, including stock received, stock sold, stock movement, and current available quantities.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily inventory records for all models and variants.

* Update stock when new shipments are received.

* Update inventory daily based on outgoing sales and stock movement.

* Ensure model-wise and variant-wise quantity accuracy.

* Track overall stock availability and identify low-stock models.

* Create order lists for inventory replenishment based on sales data.

* Help ensure important models do not go out of stock.

* Work with large Excel sheets and maintain clean, accurate data.

* Coordinate with the operations team for stock verification and updates.

Required Skills

* Strong Excel skills.

* Good understanding of numbers, quantities, and data accuracy.

* High attention to detail.

* Ability to work with large product lists and multiple variants.

* Responsible, organized, and consistent with daily updates.

* Prior experience in inventory management, stock tracking, or e-commerce operations will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is extremely careful with data, comfortable working on Excel every day, and understands the importance of accurate inventory management in a fast-growing e-commerce business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
