JOBS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule technical/managerial interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, documentation, and closure of positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure timely hiring.
Coordination with Consultancy / Recruitment Agencies
• Identify and onboard suitable recruitment consultancies as per hiring needs.
• Share job descriptions and hiring timelines with consultancy partners.
• Coordinate resumes, conduct shortlisting, and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure consultancies understand job expectations, candidate requirements, and company standards.
• Evaluate consultancy performance and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Monitor and track consultancy invoices, agreements, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination to meet urgent and bulk-hiring requirements.
HR Operations
• Maintain and update employee master data in HRMS and personnel files.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and termination.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Assist in performance management activities and appraisal cycles.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and support policy implementation.
• Manage employee engagement activities, communication, and internal events.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR processes.
Onboarding & Offboarding
• Conduct end-to-end onboarding, including documentation and induction.
• Coordinate with Admin for asset allocation and workstation readiness.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
• Ensure timely creation of employee IDs, email accounts, and system access.
• Handle exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.
• Prepare full & final settlement data in coordination with finance.
