Working Days: Monday to Saturday
We are looking for a senior professional to take complete ownership of plant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operations , including production, inventory, and dispatch
- Drive production planning to ensure on-time delivery with maximum efficiency
- Ensure quality standards, ISO compliance HSE adherence
- Manage plant budget, control costs, and reduce wastage
- Monitor and improve machine uptime through preventive maintenance
- Oversee inventory management with optimal stock levels real-time tracking
- Coordinate closely with purchase team for material planning and availability (not handling procurement directly)
- Lead, train, and develop plant teams for higher productivity
- Optimize manpower utilization across all factory functions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives ( Lean / Six Sigma )
- Track and improve KPIs such as production timelines, efficiency, wastage, and cost
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in label / printing / packaging / RFID industry preferred
- Strong exposure in manufacturing + supply chain operations
- Proven experience in plant / factory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Process-driven with focus on efficiency, quality cost control
