IT Support Engineer MS Platform Full Time NEW

End-User Technical Support & Administration (L2)

• Receive, log, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows endpoints and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Resolve common issues related to authentication, email, printing, VPN, Wi-Fi, and collaboration tools.
• Provide professional and timely user communication.

• Diagnose and resolve advanced OS, profile, policy, and performance issues.
• Perform administrative tasks in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, access changes, and group administration.
• Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and patching.
• Execute approved changes independently in accordance with IT policies and procedures.

Systems & Infrastructure Support

• Support file services, print services, backup solutions, and endpoint security tools.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and coordinate escalations with specialized teams.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for incidents, service requests, and escalations.

Time-Shifted IT Backoffice Operations

• Carry out administrative IT tasks during non-EMEA business hours.
• Prepare user accounts, systems, and devices for the next business day.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, operational checks, and housekeeping tasks.
• Act as an operational extension of the global IT team outside standard business hours.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Update asset inventories and configuration records.
• Support SLA tracking and contribute to service quality improvements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
