Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transition Manager (RCM) to oversee and manage the seamless transition of healthcare operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring the quality of service delivery during transitions, aligning processes with business needs, and supervising training programs. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment of resources.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Program Management and Transition Management to handle end-to-end processes effectively.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management to ensure smooth technology integration and support during transitions.
• Experience in Training and Service Delivery, focused on facilitating readiness and delivering consistent quality.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Prior experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is highly regarded.
