Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Officer, located in Guwahati. The Store Officer will be responsible for overseeing stock control processes, inventory management, procurement coordination, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels. The role involves evaluating and updating purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company standards, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the efficient operation of the store.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control for effective management and tracking of materials
• Experience in Stock Management and Inventory Management to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of Purchase Orders and procurement practices for smooth supply chain operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and related software
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in the industrial or manufacturing sector, is an advantage
