We are looking for a seasoned HR leader who can drive strategic and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. As General Manager – HR, you will partner closely with the business and report directly to the Head HR, playing a key role in building a high-performance culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent across functions
Drive Talent Management initiatives including employee engagement, retention, and capability building
Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B) ensuring competitiveness and internal equity
Design and implement Succession Planning frameworks for critical roles
Manage Assessment Centers and Development Centers to identify and nurture future leaders
Strengthen and execute an effective Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with business goals
Partner with leadership teams to support organizational development and workforce planning
Ensure HR policies and practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with company values
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in pharma or manufacturing sectors
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, and C&B
Experience in succession planning and leadership development programs
Ability to handle assessment and development centres effectively
Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Data-driven approach to HR strategy and execution
Postgraduate degree in HR or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
