Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, VPMS, hardware, software, and networking principles.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and with Vendor Support.
Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service and support.
Education and Relevant Certifications: Electronics Degree/Diploma Holder, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or similar certifications are a plus
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Team Lead) & 1 to 3 Years (Support person each shift) experience in installing and maintaining systems.
Network Setup and Maintenance:
This includes installing and configuring Wi-Fi-routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, VPMS, Attendance Access, and other network devices.
User Access and Permissions:
To manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions to ensure that only authorized individuals can access specific Building resources. Support related to Vehicle Parking Management System Administrative Role Support RFID Based System that Manage Vehicle entry for both entry and exit.
