Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Insights & Relationship Executive who will focus on understanding market behavior with “curious mindset” and customer needs at the ground level.

This is not a sales role. The primary responsibility is to interact with distributors, retailers, and end consumers to gather meaningful insights that help improve products, branding, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to interact with retailers, distributors, and customers
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and challenges in the market
• Collect real-time market feedback on products and competitor activities
• Build strong relationships by listening and understanding stakeholder concerns
• Prepare daily/weekly reports based on field interactions and observations
• Share actionable insights with internal teams for marketing and product improvement
• Support marketing initiatives with real market feedback and suggestions

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1 to 3 years of field experience (preferably in FMCG or retail)
• Good communication skills in Hindi (local language knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong listening and observation skills
• Comfortable with field work and meeting multiple stakeholders daily
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
