Full job description
Key Responsibilities
Your daily workflow will involve bridging the gap between site reports and our digital management systems:
- Project Documentation: Input daily site reports, labor hours, and equipment logs into our Project Management Software.
- Financial Record Keeping: Accurately enter invoices, purchase orders (POs), and subcontractor payment applications.
- Vendor Management: Update and maintain a database of suppliers, insurance certifications, and lien waivers.
- Property Listings: Upload and update property specifications, pricing, and availability across our internal CRM and external listing platforms.
- Quality Control: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output against source documents.
- Archiving: Digitize physical blueprints, permits, and legal contracts for cloud-based storage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,626.09 – ₹30,987.95 per month
