Job Title: Customer Care Executive
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive with 1–2 years of experience in customer service. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, emails, chat, and social media, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
Candidates with experience in order management, returns, and refunds will be preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
