Purchase Executive (Bought-Out & Manufactured Parts) Full Time NEW

This position will be responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management for bought-out and manufactured parts of Special Purpose Machine (SPM) manufacturing process. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating cost-effective contracts, ensuring timely availability of quality components, and supporting production schedules through seamless material flow.

Job Description

• Plan, source, and procure manufactured and bought-out parts, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automation components required for SPM assembly.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, and delivery capability.
• Negotiate commercial terms and procurement contracts to ensure cost competitiveness and quality adherence.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and production teams to understand material specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and project timelines.
• Monitor procurement activities in line with project schedules to ensure zero downtime in production.
• Implement effective cost control measures through alternate sourcing, value analysis, and long-term supplier agreements.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to company procurement policies.
• Maintain inventory levels within approved limits while ensuring timely replenishment of critical components.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to guarantee continuous supply and performance improvement.
• Review market trends, price fluctuations, and material availability to anticipate supply chain risks.
