Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pisoli, Pune for a Warehouse Operations Associate. The responsibilities include receiving, organizing and storing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, coordinating with the logistics and supply chain teams and preparing orders for dispatch. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, safety protocols, and documentation related to inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control
• Ability to process shipping and receiving documentation accurately
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory software and spreadsheets
• Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and equipment handling
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items safely, if required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Previous experience in industrial or engineering tools distribution is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; any relevant certifications are an advantage

Salary
