Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for a Head of Purchase. The role involves overseeing purchasing and procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the effective implementation of supply chain strategies. The Head of Purchase will collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement goals, streamline operations, ensure quality compliance, and maximize cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Purchasing, Procurement, and Purchasing Processes
• Proficiency in Supplier Negotiation and managing strategic supplier relationships
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, practices, and analysis
• Leadership and decision-making skills to oversee procurement operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage
• Experience within the manufacturing, industrial, or chemical sectors is preferred
