Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organization’s profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.

Upload, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring compliance with GEM guidelines.

Handle tenders, bids, and quotations on the portal efficiently and within deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, finance) for documentation and approvals.

Track orders, payments, and disputes through the GEM portal and resolve issues promptly.

Generate reports on sales, bids, and vendor performance for management review.

Stay updated with GEM portal rules, policies, and new features.

Train team members or support staff on GEM portal processes as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience managing GEM portal or e-procurement portals.

Strong knowledge of government procurement processes.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
