Full job description
Must-have Experience & Skills
- Hands-on implementation of payroll + attendance modules (biometric/RFID integration, salary processing, PF/ESI/TDS compliances).
- Business process analysis — ability to map manual workflows and redesign them for software.
- Project management (end-to-end ERP rollout, vendor coordination, timelines, budget).
- Experience in education sector (schools/colleges) is highly preferred — they already understand teacher vs. admin staff payroll, academic calendars, etc.
- Training non-technical staff (principals, accountants, clerks) and handling change resistance.
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems, basic databases, and data security.
Nice-to-have
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or any ERP-specific certification.
- Exposure to popular Indian education ERPs (MasterSoft, Camu, IITMS, etc.).
- Experience in multi-branch / group-of-institutions setups.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
