D2C Operations Manager
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and growth-driven D2C Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for our direct-to-consumer business. This role requires someone who can balance execution with strategy, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day D2C operations including order processing, inventory, and logistics
* Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners, and vendors to ensure timely dispatch & delivery
* Monitor and optimize order fulfillment, returns (RTO), and customer experience
* Handle CRM systems and ensure accurate order tracking and reporting
* Work closely with marketing and website teams to align campaigns with inventory & operations
* Identify gaps in operations and implement process improvements
* Manage relationships with third-party platforms (Razorpay, Shopify, logistics partners, etc.)
* Analyze operational data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce operations
* Strong understanding of Shopify, payment gateways, and logistics systems
* Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
* Experience in inventory planning and supply chain management
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
* Strong communication and team management skills
