Key Responsibilities:
- Managing patient flow and coordination in the OPD
- Scheduling and confirming appointments (in-clinic & virtual)
- Handling patient queries with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinating with doctors and staff for smooth clinic operations
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational requirements
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior experience in a clinic/hospital setting preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
