Accounts & Finance Executive Full Time NEW

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts & Finance Executive to manage daily accounting, cash flow tracking, and profitability reporting for a growing restaurant business and an interior design firm.

Responsibilities

Restaurant (Food of Mangaluru):

• Daily sales reconciliation (Cash, UPI, Zomato, Swiggy, POS)
• Track food cost and generate weekly reports
• Maintain vendor ledger and payment schedules
• Monitor expenses and highlight leakages
• Prepare outlet-wise monthly P&L

Interior Business:

• Maintain project-wise costing sheets
• Track client payments vs expenses
• Manage vendor payments and margins
• Ensure proper GST input/output tracking

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain books in Tally / Zoho Books
• Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and compliance
• Prepare weekly MIS and monthly reports
• Track cash flow and alert for shortages

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience (restaurant/retail preferred)
• Strong in Excel (non-negotiable)
• Working knowledge of GST
• Should be detail-oriented and proactive
