Influencer Marketing Executive Full Time NEW

Support the growth of the PHD (Proven Honest Derma) brand by executing influencer-led campaigns across Instagram and YouTube. Manage creator partnerships, ensure smooth campaign execution, and drive high-quality, on-brand content.

Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Marketing Execution

● Manage end-to-end campaigns on Instagram & YouTube

● Shortlist and onboard relevant creators

● Coordinate briefs, deliverables, and timelines

2. Creator & Agency Management

● Handle communication, negotiations & commercials

● Manage product dispatch, tracking & delivery

● Ensure content quality and timely execution

3. Stakeholder Management

● Coordinate with internal teams & agencies

● Strong follow-ups for approvals & timelines

● Manage multiple campaigns and changes

4. Budget & Performance Tracking

● Track spends, payouts & maintain reports

● Monitor performance metrics

● Align campaigns with goals (CTR, CVR, ROAS)

5. Ownership & Brand Mindset

● High ownership and attention to detail

● Comfortable in fast-paced, execution-heavy roles

● Interest in beauty/skincare and brand building

Eligibility

● 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing / digital marketing

● Graduate (Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred)

● Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or D2C brands is a plus

● Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
