Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Leadership Role in Unmanned Systems based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include overseeing the development, deployment, and management of unmanned systems, leading multidisciplinary teams, formulating strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Additional tasks involve performance analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, staying informed on emerging technologies, and driving innovation to advance capabilities in unmanned system projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in systems engineering, unmanned systems, and aerospace technologies
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the aerospace or defense sector is a plus
• A commitment to driving technological advancements and ensuring project excellence
