Full job description
Store Management
- Maintain stock records (incoming & outgoing materials)
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and stock entries
- Organize warehouse/store neatly
- Conduct regular stock audits
Purchase Management
- Create and manage purchase orders (PO)
- Contact and negotiate with vendors/suppliers
- Track delivery schedules
- Compare prices and maintain cost control
- Ensure quality of purchased materials
Documentation & Systems
- Update records in Excel / ERP software
- Maintain invoices, bills, and purchase files
- Generate reports for management
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
