Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Head who will lead both Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, patient acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:
· Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
· Lead both digital and offline marketing functions across all centers
· Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies
Digital Marketing Management:
· Oversee performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM)
· Drive lead generation, website traffic, and online conversions
· Monitor digital campaign performance (CPL, ROI, conversions)
· Manage social media strategy, content marketing, and online branding
Offline Marketing & Branding:
· Plan and execute offline campaigns such as events, health camps, seminars, and tie-ups
· Manage branding activities including hoardings, print ads, brochures, and local promotions
· Build partnerships with doctors, clinics, and referral networks
· Ensure strong brand presence across all physical touchpoints
Team Management & Collaboration:
· Lead and manage marketing team (Digital, Content, Designers, Agencies)
· Coordinate with HR for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
· Collaborate with operations and clinical teams for campaign execution
Budgeting & Vendor Management:
· Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively
· Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
· Ensure cost optimization while maintaining campaign effectiveness
Analytics & Reporting:
· Track and analyze KPIs such as leads, conversions, patient footfall, and revenue
· Prepare detailed reports and present insights to leadership
· Optimize strategies based on data-driven decisions

Requirements:
· 6+ years of experience in marketing (Digital + Offline)
· Strong knowledge of performance marketing, branding, and lead generation
· Experience in managing multi-location marketing campaigns
· Leadership and team management skills
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Preferred:
· MBA in Marketing or relevant field
· Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing initiatives
