About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive performance marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in digital marketing, client servicing, and campaign management who can handle multiple accounts and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and act as the main point of contact
- Handle multiple client accounts across digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery
- Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI metrics
- Share reports, insights, and recommendations with clients
- Ensure timely follow-ups, task management, and client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell services
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in account management or client servicing
- Experience in digital marketing or marketing agency is preferred
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaigns, and KPIs
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
