About the Role
Position: Account Director
City: Delhi
CTC: up to 18 LPA
Annual Retention Bonus: 10% of CTC (released on completion of one year; subject to being on payroll and not serving a notice period)
Our Customer Success team is integral to shaping Scatter’s client partnerships and business outcomes.
As an Account Director, you will own and scale key client portfolios, drive strategic growth, and build senior-level client relationships. You will operate as a trusted advisor, ensuring our work delivers sustained business impact.
Responsibilities
·       Own key accounts with end-to-end responsibility for revenue, growth, and client satisfaction
·       Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders
·       Drive account expansion and identify new revenue opportunities
·       Lead account planning, forecasting, and growth roadmaps
·       Elevate strategic thinking beyond execution across teams
·       Solve complex client and business challenges
·       Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CMOs, Marketing Heads, etc.)
·       Mentor Account Group Heads and strengthen team capability
·       Collaborate internally to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions
What You Bring to the Table
·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
·       7–10 years of experience in a digital/content/marketing agency (client-facing roles)
·       Strong track record of managing and scaling client accounts
·       Experience in revenue ownership, forecasting, and business planning
·       Strategic mindset with strong client and stakeholder management skills
·       Leadership experience with ability to mentor teams
·       Working knowledge of AI tools for analytics, reporting, and content workflows
·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
