Overall Purpose of The Job

• Provide organizational and administrative structure to Procurement supporting the delivery of Flawless Service into the Fleet Cell and outward to Clients and other external customers as appropriate. Act as Power User for systems and subject matter expert in relevant Company Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

• Maintain Customer Service desk, working with Procurement and Marcas to ensure Supply Chain questions or queries are correctly routed and answered promptly.
• Act as Administrator of Procurement Back-Up Calender and guardian of handover and close out records.
• Co-ordinate training delivery and keep records of attendees, gather feedback after sessions and work with Fleet Procurement Managers and Fleet Cell Liaison Managers to shape future content.
• Assist Procurement Analysts with data entry, supplier data management and supplier communications as required.
• Support FPM and FCLM with internal compliance, Supplier and efficiency audits, preparing and distributing findings. Maintain records including non-conformities and close out actions as assigned.
• Assume Shipsure 2.0 / B2b Procurement Power User role, providing system support to Procurement, IT and Suppliers.
• Provide back-up global Fleet Procurement support to the Fleet Cells if required in extreme circumstances.
