Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Head / Regional Sales Head for Healthcare IT, with responsibility for PAN India coverage. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies for BharatPACS solutions, driving new business acquisition, and expanding relationships with hospitals, diagnostic chains, and healthcare networks. The Sales Head will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, demos in partnership with technical teams, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. They will build, lead, and mentor regional sales teams, set performance targets, and monitor pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics. Day-to-day activities include engaging key decision-makers, coordinating with marketing and product teams, gathering market intelligence, and representing BharatPACS at industry events and webinars. The position requires close collaboration with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Technology, Radiology, PACS, RIS, or Teleradiology
• Strong understanding of PACS and Teleradiology workflows
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals independently
• Good understanding of both Hindi and English
