Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via Zendesk/email/chat
- Assist users with account, withdrawal, verification, and platform-related issues
- Escalate technical/payment-related issues when required
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication style
- Help improve support workflows and internal processes
Requirements
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Prior customer support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus
