Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Delhi. The role involves overseeing day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely deliveries, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring workflows, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency. Additional responsibilities include problem-solving, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and freight handling
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
• Ability to analyze operational data and propose efficiency improvements
• Proficiency in logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
• Educational qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent
• Exposure to AI-powered TMS or advanced shipping tools is a plus
