Role Overview

Experienced 3D Event & Mockup Designer to visualize experiential event environments, booths, venue branding, and out-of-home (OOH) installations.

The ideal candidate should be able to transform 2D static artwork and event design assets into realistic 3D mockups, spatial visualizations, and WFP (Wide Format Print) environmental views for presentations, approvals, and production planning.

This role requires expertise in spatial visualization, event environments, booth rendering, experiential marketing design, and realistic mockup creation.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization & Mockups

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations for:
• Event booths
• Exhibition stalls
• Stage environments
• Venue branding
• OOH placements
• Experiential installations
• Retail/event spaces
• Signage systems
• Environmental graphics

WFP & Environmental Rendering

• Convert 2D static designs into realistic large-format visualization mockups.
• Create accurate OOH and venue placement previews for stakeholder approvals.
• Produce realistic perspectives, lighting, and material simulations.

Collaboration with Design Teams

• Work closely with graphic designers and event teams to understand:
• Spatial layouts
• Branding systems
• Production constraints
• Fabrication requirements
• Translate flat artwork into immersive 3D environments.

Production & Technical Understanding

• Understand real-world event fabrication and installation feasibility.
• Support vendor and production teams with visualization references.
• Prepare presentation-ready renders and walkthroughs.

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Rendering engines such as:
• V-Ray
• Redshift
• Octane
