Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and patient-friendly Ayushman Mitra to assist beneficiaries under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) scheme. The candidate will act as a bridge between patients and hospital services, ensuring smooth processing of registrations, documentation, and claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and verify eligible patients under the PM-JAY scheme
- Guide patients and their families about scheme benefits and procedures
- Register patients and update records on the PM-JAY IT Platform
- Assist in admission and discharge processes for beneficiaries
- Verify and maintain patient documents and records
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth service delivery
- Support claim processing and documentation requirements
- Handle front desk queries and provide accurate information
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
