We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Academic Typist & Graphic Design Executive who can support our faculty in creating high-quality academic content and study materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Type and format academic content for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
• Prepare worksheets, assignments, test papers, practice sheets, and study materials.
• Create professional layouts for notes, question banks, and academic booklets.
• Draw and format mathematical equations, scientific symbols, graphs, diagrams, and physics illustrations.
• Use CorelDRAW to create educational diagrams, figures, charts, and visual content.
• Convert handwritten faculty notes into professionally formatted digital documents.
• Ensure accuracy in typing numerical data, formulas, equations, and scientific content.
• Assist in designing brochures, posters, notices, banners, and other academy-related materials when required.
• Maintain organized records of academic content and digital files.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working in a coaching institute, educational organization, publishing house, or academic content environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW is essential.
• Strong typing skills in English.
• Ability to type and format mathematical equations, scientific notations, and academic content accurately.
• Familiarity with Physics, Mathematics, and Science diagrams and illustrations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and document formatting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone who understands the unique requirements of academic content creation and can produce clean, accurate, and professional study materials for students preparing for competitive examinations and school-level academics.

Candidates with prior experience supporting coaching institutes, teachers, or educational publishers will be given preference.
