Mobikasa is a digital agency founded in 2011, specializing in developing custom e-commerce platforms, web and mobile apps and digital marketing services. With headquarters in New York and additional offices in New Delhi and Dubai, the company has built over 2,000 e-commerce sites and 100+ mobile apps for clients like Versace, 1800Flowers and Nokia. The company’s agile, in-house team handles everything from strategy and UI/UX to SEO and ADA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated accessibility testing for web and mobile applications.
• Create accessibility test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
• Conduct testing using tools like AXE, WAVE, ARC, etc.
• Perform assistive technology testing using JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, screen magnifiers, etc.
• Identify, document, and report accessibility issues with detailed recommendations.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure WCAG compliance.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accessibility Testing.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.0 & 2.1 guidelines.
• Mandatory knowledge of ARIA Attributes and accessibility best practices.
• Experience in providing code-level accessibility recommendations is mandatory.
• Experience with Agile workflows, bug reporting, defect tracking and test documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification:

BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc IT or equivalent.
