Account / Delivery Lead Full Time NEW

Vamos is hiring an account / delivery lead.

We’re a branding and digital agency in Indiranagar, Bangalore, working with premium brands and a few large enterprise and consulting clients. Right now too much of the delivery runs through me, the founder, and this is the role that takes it off my plate.

What you’ll actually do:

• Be the day-to-day contact for clients, including one enterprise client with a weekly review and approval cycle

• Keep delivery on track: timelines, approvals, and coordination with our team and outside production partners

• Put the monthly reports together and pull out what they actually mean for each account

• Watch scope and margins, and flag early when an account is getting over- or under-served

• Build the way we run delivery, the SOPs and templates and reporting, and keep improving it as we grow

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years in agency account or project management

• You can hold a serious enterprise client and stay calm and credible doing it

• You’re organised and you like building systems. AI tools should already be part of how you work

• You’re okay travelling for client meetings and shoots
