Account & Finance Coordinator (REMOTE) Full Time

Belvedere Marketing & PR is hiring a Part-Time Remote Accounts & Finance Coordinator to support the company’s accounting operations, bookkeeping, payment tracking, financial organization, and client reconciliation processes.

We are looking for someone mature, highly organized, proactive, professional in communication, and experienced in handling operational finance responsibilities independently in a remote environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing invoices, payment records, and outstanding receivables
• Tracking client payments, overdue balances, and reconciliation statements
• Professional payment follow-ups and collections coordination via email
• Maintaining accurate bookkeeping and organized financial records
• Monitoring company expenses and maintaining expense trackers
• Preparing monthly financial summaries and operational reports
• Supporting cash flow visibility and financial organization for management
• Maintaining structured spreadsheets, trackers, and finance documentation
• Coordinating account closures, reconciliations, and administrative finance tasks
• Ensuring all financial records and operational documents remain updated and organized
• Supporting management with financial visibility and operational finance coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance coordination, or operational finance roles
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Professional email communication and follow-up ability
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Prior remote work experience preferred
• Experience supporting agencies, SMEs, or service-based businesses is an advantage
