Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager – WhatsApp Business Solutions. The Account Manager will acquire and manage a portfolio of business clients using WhatsApp Business Solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, configuring and optimizing WhatsApp Business use cases, and coordinating with internal technical teams to deliver reliable, compliant solutions. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. The Account Manager will also support onboarding, conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, and maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in Business Process mapping and optimization, with the ability to translate client workflows into efficient WhatsApp Business use cases.
• Business Analysis capabilities to gather requirements, define use cases, and document functional needs for implementation teams.
• Proven Sales skills, including relationship management, account growth, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Project Management skills to coordinate implementations, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of client solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with SaaS, CPaaS, or messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business API or similar) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, sales, telecommunications, SaaS, digital marketing, A2P messaging, or a related field
• Customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
