Senior Accounts Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS processes, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and daily financial transactions

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase entries

Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Process vendor payments and maintain payment records

Prepare financial reports and MIS reports

Ensure accurate data entry in accounting software

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)

Good analytical and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
