Accounting and Reporting – SME – R2R – GA Full Time

This Position reports to:

Accounting & Reporting Manager-GA

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support general accounting activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing records to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

This role is contributing to the Finance Business Function

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Contributing to the definition, implementation, and improvement of accounting policies relevant to the area and level of expertise.
• Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions on daily basis Conducting investigations and reconciliations of accounts as necessary for any discrepancies in an automated environment.
• Executing accounting analyses and reports in support of finance and business leaders and reporting financial in USGAAP via HFM tool for Group reporting.
• Preparing reports, statement of accounts, reconciliations, managing local GAAP financials, local laws, statutory auditing, control testing and connecting with controllers for variance analysis.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• You are immersed in highly skilled working with R2R, General accounting, General Ledger, SAP the shared services /manufacturing market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills, you must have 5 to 6 years of experience in R2R, General Accounting, General Ledger and SAP.
• Possessing an enhanced knowledge of SAP, S/4 Hana is an added advantage.
• Flexible working shifts timings, able to handle pressure during month/quarter ends with strict deadlines.
• Must be passionate about work; and innovative with MS Excel and MS office.
• Proven experience of Bachelor ’s degree or MBA/CA in Accounting & Finance domain.
• Good in communicating with diversified teams with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Handling a team is required for this role.
