Accounting Assistant – CA (Remote | US Accounting Firm | Night Shift) Full Time

Location: Remote | Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9-6 ET) | Days: Mon–Fri

We are hiring a qualified CA with a strong core accounting background to assist a senior US CPA at a leading US financial advisory firm. This is a pure accounting support role – not finance, not wealth management, not equity. Core accounting only.

What you’ll do:

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks – bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, ledger management
• Assist with preparation and organization of US tax-related documentation
• Work closely with a senior CPA – understand instructions and execute with accuracy
• Maintain organized, accurate client financial records
• Handle follow-ups on client documentation and filing requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified CA – mandatory
• 2-4 years of core accounting experience (bookkeeping, bank recs, reconciliations)
• Prior experience working with a US-based company or US accounting/CPA firm – strongly preferred
• Ability to understand and work with minimal instructions
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals – NOT looking for finance/equity/wealth background
• Strong English communication skills
