Accounting & Finance Manager Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to manage full-cycle accounting operations accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys improving processes, mentoring staff, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee AP/AR, payroll entries, and month-end/year-end close.

· Maintain accurate general ledger activity and account reconciliations.

· Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

· Manage tax compliance and coordinate sales, payroll, and corporate tax filings.

· Support external audits and provide required documentation.

· Manage daily cash flow and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts.

· Build budgets, forecasts, cash flow models, and variance analyses.

· Develop executive reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs.

· Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with external partners.

· Support financial system upgrades, automation, and process improvements.

· Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, HR, and IT.

Qualifications

· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· CPA or CA certification is must.

· 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.

· Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

· Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.

· Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
