Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounts and Admin role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounts operations, overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining financial records, providing support to customer service, and coordinating with teams for smooth business operations. The role requires ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and upholding efficient administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making processes
- Proficiency in finance and account management, including bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Exceptional communication skills to interact efficiently with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
- Customer service and account management abilities for maintaining professional relationships
- High attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
