Accounts and Administration Officer Full Time NEW

Qualifications: B.com and Above

Experience: Min 1 Year

Reporting To: MD

Langudge : Knnada, English, Hindi

Job Roles:

1. General Accounting: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, ledger entries, and bookkeeping in Tally or QuickBooks.

2. Petty Cash Management: Maintain accurate records of minor office and factory expenses, ensuring all receipts are reconciled.

3. Factory Administration & Compliance: Oversee general factory operations and ensure strict adherence to company protocols and factory safety standards.

4. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate directly with Sales Team, Dealers and Distributors to manage orders, resolve queries, and track payment timelines.

5. Production Planning Support: Prepare detailed bills of materials (BOM) and lists of raw materials required for the production team.

6. Product Supply Coordination: Create and update lists of finished goods ready for dispatch based on market demand and order status.

7. Inventory & Stock Control: Perform regular audits and maintain up-to-date inventory registers for all raw materials and finished products.

Strategic Reporting: Gather feedback from Dealers and Distributors through regular discussion and provide comprehensive updates to the MD
