ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accounts and Office Coordinator located in the Rajapalaiyam branch. The role involves managing daily accounting tasks, overseeing administrative operations, maintaining records and financial documentation, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient office operations, and supporting staff members in administrative functions. The individual will also assist with office organisation, scheduling, and vendor management to ensure smooth workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-2 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Tax Filing.
• Proficiency in Administrative Coordination, Office Management, and Documentation
• Attention to detail and skills in Organisation and Time Management.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software and Office Productivity Tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
