Job Description: Accounts & Data Entry Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day accounting and payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry in Tally for sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, and journal entries
• Maintain and update daily accounting records accurately
• Process and track vendor payments, customer receipts, and bank transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and payment records
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, MIS sheets, and payment trackers
• Manage invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment follow-ups and documentation
• Ensure all accounting entries are completed on time and without errors

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Excellent command over Microsoft Excel
• VLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Basic formulas and data management
• Report preparation
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage payments and records systematically

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounts / Finance
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or data entry roles
• Experience in handling payment processing and reconciliation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
