Accounts Executive – SEZ Operations Full Time NEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with hands-on knowledge of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) accounting, compliance, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEZ regulations, GST, and export-import financial processes.

SEZ Accounting & Compliance

• Maintain and manage all SEZ unit accounts as per SEZ Act 2005 and SEZ Rules 2006
• Prepare and submit APR (Annual Performance Report) to the Development Commissioner
• Ensure compliance with SEZ-specific accounting standards and statutory requirements

GST & Taxation

• Handle LUT (Letter of Undertaking) filing and renewals for zero-rated exports
• Process IGST refund claims and monitor status
• Manage Bond / Bank Guarantee submissions with customs authorities
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) for SEZ unit
• Maintain records of DTA (Domestic Tariff Area) sales and applicable duties

Vendor & Invoice Management

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper SEZ-compliant billing
• Verify that all DTA supplier invoices carry correct declarations (ARE-1 / CT-1)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to SEZ transactions

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for SEZ unit
• Maintain stock registers, capital goods registers, and utilization records
• Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation

Qulifications:

Criteria Details

Education B.Com / M.Com

Experience2 – 3 Years in SEZ Accounts

SoftwareTally ERP / Zoho Books + MS Excel

KnowledgeSEZ Act, GST, Customs, FEMA basics

Language English + Regional language preferred

Good To Have:

• Experience in IT/ITES or Manufacturing SEZ unit
• Knowledge of STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) compliance
• Familiarity with EOU (Export Oriented Unit) operations
• Hands-on with ICEGATE portal for customs filings


